GBTC Relays coming up

I registered for the 3K at the GBTC Relays at Harvard on Sunday (1/18/09). I am looking to run a few ticks better or sub 9:30. The goal is to run a 5:00 mile and see what is left. The deadline to register is tonight.

    How was your mileage last week Jim? Looks like it will be a nice weekend to be running indoors! We might be below zero at the start at Greylock. JJ is driving so there is no way I can get in another car by mistake. His vehicle is "unique".

    DD - I was actually jealous when I heard that you two were heading west for the weekend double snowshoe races.

    JJ - nice archive work man from 1995 and 1996. I was in diapers then.....
