Quick update, company 5K hosted at the Marlborough Campus. Weather was sunny, 70’s. Mile splits were 736, 752, 843 and 744 for the last .15 of a mile. The right hamstring kept me honest and reminded me on the climb back up to the campus that it was there. Overall, I’m grateful to run an average of 8 minute miles for this one. Official time, 24:54. 25th out of 149 total. Nice BBQ and Ice Cream followed the race.
